Three levels. One honest framework.

Each programme is built around the actual demands of the work, not a generalised idea of what managers should know. Choose the depth that fits where you are now.

Foundations of Management Practice

What sets the approach apart

A business school that says plainly what each programme demands — and who tends to struggle with it. That honesty is part of the service.

Depth over breadth

Programmes cover fewer topics than a typical short course — and go further into each one. Participants leave with working knowledge, not a list of concepts.

Work-integrated learning

Each module includes a practice task done at work and reviewed in the following session. The learning loop runs through real professional situations.

Small cohorts

Cohorts are kept small enough for faculty to know who each participant is. Feedback is written and specific, not generated from templates.

Honest self-selection

Each programme page names who tends to struggle with it and why. Participants arrive with a realistic picture of what they are committing to.

Regional context

Cases come from Malaysian and South-East Asian businesses. Participants are not asked to map foreign examples onto local conditions.

Clear completion records

Every programme issues a completion record that states what was studied and assessed — a document participants can show to employers without overselling it.

Not sure which level fits your situation?

Speak with an adviser who can talk through the depth options with you. No obligation — just a direct conversation about where you are and what you are trying to build.

Common questions

How do I know which programme is right for me?

The depth key on each programme page states expected study hours, assumed background, and who typically finds the pace difficult. If you are unsure after reading that, speak with an adviser — it is a short conversation, not a sales process.

Do I need a degree to enrol?

No formal degree is required for the Foundations or Marketing programmes. The Advanced Management Programme asks for a minimum of five years in a managerial role, because the teaching assumes participants can draw on substantive organisational experience.

Are sessions live or recorded?

Sessions are live, held on weekday evenings to accommodate working schedules. Replays are available for all live sessions. The Advanced programme also includes two residential blocks in Kuala Lumpur — attendance is expected for those.

What is the payment arrangement?

Fees are in Malaysian Ringgit: RM 540 for Foundations, RM 2,080 for Marketing and Customer Strategy, and RM 4,330 for the Advanced Management Programme. Instalment arrangements are available on request for the two longer programmes.

When does the next cohort start?

Foundations and Marketing run quarterly. The Advanced programme has two cohort starts per year. Contact us for the current schedule — cohort sizes are limited and places are allocated in the order enquiries are confirmed.

Is there employer or HRDF funding support?

We can provide documentation to support employer sponsorship and HRDF claims. Speak with us about what your employer needs — we have supported participants through funding arrangements before.

What happens if I need to pause mid-programme?

We handle this case by case. In most situations we can defer the remainder of your enrolment to the following cohort. We do not penalise people for professional or personal circumstances that arise during study.
